Refunds for purchases made on our website:
We have a 60-day 'no questions asked' refund policy for annual subscriptions purchased through our website.
If you purchase a subscription from our website and are, for any reason, not happy with our service in the first 60 days, please email our support team at [email protected], and we'll be happy to issue you a refund.
Refunds should appear in your bank account approximately 5 business days after we acknowledge and process your refund request.
Refunds for purchases in the Apple App Store:
If you purchased our app from the App Store, you will need to send your refund request directly to Apple. Apple doesn't allow us to issue a refund for in-app purchases because we do not own them.
Here's how to send your request:
- Go to https://reportaproblem.apple.com
- Log in with you Apple ID and password.
- View your purchased apps.
- Click on Report a Problem next to your Plan to Eat purchase.
- You will be prompted to choose a reason for your refund request, be sure to specifically describe your problem in the comment box.
- Submit it to Apple.
Generally, all sales are final in the App Store, but Apple gives refunds on a case-by-case, exception basis. If the refund is denied, we recommend you contact Apple support and see if you can get more information or a refund appeal.
