Refunds for purchases at

We have a 60-day 'no questions asked' refund policy for annual subscriptions purchased through our website.

If you purchase a subscription from our website and are, for any reason, not happy with our service in the first 60 days, please email our support team at [email protected], and we'll be happy to issue you a refund. Refunds should appear in your bank account approximately 5 business days after we acknowledge and process your refund request. 

Refunds for purchases in the Apple App Store

If you purchased our app from the App Store, you will need to send your refund request directly to Apple. Apple doesn't allow us to issue a refund for in-app purchases because we do not own them.

Here's how to send your request:

  1. Go to
  2. Log in with you Apple ID and password.
  3. View your purchased apps. 
  4. Click on Report a Problem next to your Plan to Eat purchase.
  5. You will be prompted to choose a reason for your refund request, be sure to specifically describe your problem in the comment box. 
  6. Submit it to Apple.

Generally, all sales are final in the App Store. Apple gives refunds on a case-by-case, exception basis. If the refund is denied, you can contact Apple support and see if you can get more information or a refund appeal.
