We do not currently have an integration with Alexa in progress, but we are investigating an Alexa skill and what we need to implement to make this possible. This is a very popular request and it's high on our list!
We've been told that a workaround for using Plan to Eat on an Echo Show is to launch the Silk app web browser, then navigate to the PTE website and login. This will allow you to display Plan to Eat on your Echo Show, but you will not be able to add items to your Shopping List via Alexa voice commands. You can also save your password for faster login. This is the only workaround we know of at the moment for any Alexa devices.
We recently added support for putting items on your shopping list with Siri if you also use iOS devices!
