If you paid for an account and you have a payment receipt, but your account indicates your subscription has expired, you may have accidentally created a new account under a different email address.
First, you can check the email address your payment receipt was sent to - you may have to look in your spam folder.
If you use an Apple device, you can also check your private email addresses. It's becoming increasingly common for customers to accidentally create an account with the "hide my email" option on their iPhones. To find a list of your hidden emails and the associated apps, see this help article.
Then, to get your payment transferred to your existing account, you will need to email our support team at help@plantoeat.com. Please provide both email addresses so we can make the transfer right away.
