Plan to Eat also does not provide recipes or predefined meal plans because we want our program to be a place for your favorite recipes, not ours!
We believe your schedule and food preferences can only be determined by you. Our goal is to give you the tools to allow you to decide what you want to cook and when you want to eat it.
Don’t be discouraged by a sparse recipe book! You can quickly add recipes to your collection using a variety of tools.
