The shopping list automatically generates an organized list of ingredients based on the recipes and ingredients on your meal planner.
These are the steps that Plan to Eat takes to organize your Shopping List.
There are a few ways to share and use your Shopping List outside of Plan to Eat.
This list can be customized with items you buy often and items you have on hand as storage.
Categories allow further customization of the ingredients and items on your Shopping List.
When you add a recipe or ingredient to your meal planner, the ingredients for the recipe are added to your shopping list and automatically assigned to a grocery category for each ingredient.
Create unique Stores on your list to associate specific ingredients to where you shop.
Ingredients merge when their title and unit match and you can edit your items to allow them to automatically merge.
Customize your Shopping List by adding additional items you need and removing the ones you already have.
Clear your list to get ready for a new range of Shopping or start over for your current range.
